Step 1: Prepare to take test photos and video.

It is important to send good quality images. They need not be taken by a Professional. You will get your best images if you have a digital camera, or access to one. Email your digital images to our email address listed at bottom of this page. A 35mm film camera or disposable 35mm film camera will also produce good images. Send the exposed film or 35mm disposable camera to our mailing address listed at bottom of this page. We will process the film for you. We do not recommend that your images be taken with a webcam, polaroid, or camera phone. If you also make a DV (Digital Video) you can mail the tape to our mailing address listed at bottom of this page.

Step 2: List of required photo test shots.

Photo shot #1 Close up face shot. (aka head shot).

Photo shot #2 Full length body front with clothes. (Choose formal or casual. "dress for success").

Photo shot #3 Full length body front with underwear. (Chose boxers or briefs).

Photo shot #4 Full length body front nude.

Photo shot #5 Full length body rear nude.

Photo shot #6 Close up of your penis (soft).

Photo shot #7 Close up of your penis (hard).

Photo shot #8 Close up of your US issued photo ID (Drivers license, Passport, etc) showing proof of age (18 and over). Image must be clear and in focus.
